REFUND POLICY

Order Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase made on virgenathletics.com. We do not offer refunds, however, you can return the product for an exchange within this 30-day period. If the 30 days have lapsed since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product is defective.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused.

All returns will be inspected to ensure these criteria are met. Failure to meet these criteria gives us the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are exempt from being returned.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not process an exchange.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Damaged or excessively used products that prevent reasonable inspection may result in rejection of the exchange.
